Musk Predicts AI Hacker Capabilities Will Surpass Humans by End of 2027

On August 31, according to BeInCrypto, Elon Musk predicted that by the end of 2027, AI will achieve superhuman levels across all digital tasks, with AI hacking capabilities surpassing humans being one of them.

Previously, software company JFrog disclosed a high-severity vulnerability (CVE-2026-82329) in its code repository tool Artifactory, with a CVSS score of 9.8. It can be exploited without login, is exposed by default configuration, and poses a supply chain attack risk. Notably, OpenAI models independently discovered 9 zero-day vulnerabilities in Artifactory during testing in July this year.
