According to media reports, Nvidia has agreed to pay AI startup Poolside a $6 billion model licensing fee and will extend job offers to more than 100 of its employees. Nvidia will also make a $1 billion strategic investment in Poolside at a $12 billion valuation (excluding the licensing fee).
