Oracle reported fiscal 2027 first-quarter results after Thursday's market close, beating expectations across the board and raising its full-year earnings guidance.

Oracle Q1 Details

Oracle reported quarterly earnings per share of $1.92, beating the consensus analyst estimate of $1.74 by 10.34%.

Quarterly revenue reached $19.35 billion, exceeding Wall Street expectations of $19.14 billion and growing from $14.93 billion in the same period last year.

Oracle highlighted the following Q1 performance:

Total cloud revenue hit a record, rising 62% in USD and 61% in constant currency, reaching $11.6 billion.

Cloud infrastructure revenue rose 121% in USD and 120% in constant currency, reaching $7.4 billion.

Cloud application revenue grew 10% in both USD and constant currency, reaching $4.2 billion.

Remaining performance obligations increased by $209 billion year-over-year to $664 billion.

Looking Ahead

Oracle stated that it expects total cloud revenue to grow between 64% and 70% in constant currency during the second quarter.

Oracle raised its adjusted full-year EPS guidance to $8.10 from $8.05, while analysts anticipated $8.07. The company expects annual revenue to exceed $90 billion, versus market expectations of $89.79 billion.
