Report: Anthropic Plans Super Voting Rights for CEO Amodei

Anthropic plans to grant CEO Dario Amodei and other co-founders super voting rights to ensure the founding team retains control over the company's direction after going public. As Amodei holds only about 2% of the equity, the super voting rights are intended to strengthen control. The company will also maintain a non-shareholder trustee structure, giving it the power to select a majority of the board members.
