Shanghai's 15th Five-Year Plan for Urban Renewal and Housing Development: Leverage Urban Real Estate Financing Coordination Mechanism

The Plan specifies leveraging the urban real estate financing coordination mechanism to expand and enhance the effectiveness of the "whitelist" projects under the urban real estate financing coordination mechanism. It deepens the reform of the housing provident fund system, expands coverage and usage scope, and continues to deepen integrated cooperation on housing provident funds in the Yangtze River Delta region. It increases financial support for residents' housing consumption to better meet reasonable home purchase credit demand.
