Sources: Citigroup Likely to Be Among Core Underwriters for Anthropic IPO

People familiar with the matter said that artificial intelligence company Anthropic plans to bring Citigroup into the lead underwriting syndicate for its initial public offering. If finalized, Citigroup would join Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, and JPMorgan in core underwriting roles. Anthropic could file its listing application with regulators as early as the end of this month.
