Suiyuan Technology, One of China's "Four GPU Dragons," to Launch Online Subscription on SSE STAR Market on September 2

Suiyuan Technology will launch its online subscription on the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market on September 2, with stock code 688801 and online subscription code 787801. The company plans to issue approximately 43.04 million shares, accounting for 10% of the total post-issuance share capital, raising 6 billion yuan for the research and development of fifth- and sixth-generation AI chips and AI software-hardware collaboration projects.

Suiyuan Technology, along with Moore Threads, Muxi, and Biren Technology, is collectively known as the "Four GPU Dragons" of China. The other three companies have already gone public, with first-day closing gains of 425.46%, 692.95%, and 75.82%, respectively. Suiyuan Technology's revenue from 2023 to 2025 was 301 million yuan, 722 million yuan, and 990 million yuan, respectively, with a three-year compound growth rate of 81.32%.
