Two Binance Employees Detained in UAE Recently Released

One mid-level employee was intercepted at Sharjah Airport this month, taken to a police station, and held overnight, while another executive from the Dubai subsidiary was questioned at a police station in July. A Binance spokesperson said in a statement: "Recently, a small number of employees were asked to provide standard statements to local authorities as part of a routine investigation involving third-party fund flows. Our employees have never been the target or subject of these investigations, and all employees who provided statements have been promptly cleared of any issues and released."
