Palantir Technologies Inc. shares rose nearly 3% on Monday, as tech stocks rebounded from last week's selloff.

The company also announced a partnership with Knox Systems to accelerate software deployment across U.S. government agencies.

The rally was driven by renewed buying interest in artificial intelligence stocks. The Nasdaq rose 1.25%, and the S&P 500 gained 0.48%. However, the Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 0.17%.

Palantir shares fell 7.2% to $186.03 last Friday amid concerns over AI-related debt, rising U.S. Treasury yields, and insider stock sales.

Palantir Partners with Knox Systems

Beyond the broader market rebound, Palantir announced a partnership with Knox Systems on Monday to accelerate software deployment across U.S. government and defense agencies.

The collaboration aims to help software providers deliver mission-critical applications faster while meeting federal security requirements.

The partnership focuses on customers operating in FedRAMP and Impact Level 5 environments, which require strict security controls.

Knox supports over 100 AI and enterprise software applications. It offers an accelerated path to FedRAMP authorization, typically completed within 90 days.

Meanwhile, Palantir brings experience deploying commercial software through certified government infrastructure.

Palantir executive Kevin Kawasaki said the partnership will expand access to critical technology for military personnel and government agencies.

Knox CEO Irina Denisenko also highlighted the shared goal of accelerating secure software delivery.

The two companies aim to jointly reduce deployment delays and make it easier for commercial software providers to serve federal customers.
