WLFI Co-Founder: Sun Yuchen Fabricated 'Major Court Victory,' No Ruling Was Made

On August 21, WLFI co-founder Zach Witkoff stated that Sun Yuchen's claims about the latest court hearing contained multiple false statements. Sun had previously claimed the court supported his position and described the outcome as a "major victory," but in fact, the court made no ruling at all.

Zach noted that Sun packaged "personally leaving claims pending before the court" as a victory, but WLFI never requested that his personal claims be submitted to arbitration. WLFI's motion to dismiss these personal claims is still pending before the court. In other words, the "court support" and "major victory" claimed by Sun do not exist.
