The company said it has been operating for five years and is one of the few projects that persisted for a long time without being listed on a top-tier exchange. Fan tokens failed to gain traction after retail investors exited, and while the team attempted to pivot toward AI influencer directions, those efforts were unsuccessful, leaving the company unable to continue. The team is considering making the code public for those who need it to run it themselves, emphasizing that this is neither a continuation of the company nor a restart.
